Valentine’s Day – a special occasion celebrated globally, where all the love bugs dedicate gifts and roses to their valentine. It is the distinctive day where everyone tries to express their love towards each other either by presenting poetic written cards or proposing their beloved in an old fashioned way by offering a red rose, which implies as an icon of love. But do you think Valentine’s Day is only for couples and love buds? If Valentine’s Day is all about expressing your feelings towards the person you love, then why can’t it be between a Mother and a child?
Have we mistaken love as the Butterflies flying in our tummies when we look at a person? Well, I agree, all of us enjoy receiving gifts, proposals and cherish being an apple of someone’s eye. Unfortunately, for those who are single and wish to be one, feel a little disappointed when your friend asks “ Hey how many proposals you’ve got? “ and you give a hesitant smile and lie “ I got three “. I believe, Love is often misunderstood to be a matter of entertainment and fun.

I am fine in having a day when one can muster some courage and express his/her love for someone... even if it is between only couples... Only thing is that we should not commercialize it...

The fun part of love is needed so as to attract us & develop some love in us , coz anyways in the end the result if love is suffering..if the entertainment and fun part is not there then humans would have forgot love itself...
